Become a Vendor
We are excited to welcome vendors to the first-ever Cedarcrest High School PTSA Holiday Market! Space is limited, and booths will be assigned on a first-registered, first-served basis.
We’ve made registration simple! Our online form lets you submit your vendor information, upload product photos, select your booth and optional add-ons, and make your payment—all in one place.
Before You Register
Please have the following ready:
- Read the Exhibitor Agreement before beginning registration. You will be asked to agree to its terms.
- General business and product information
- Three digital photos of your products
- Credit card for payment
Booth Options
Single Booth
Approximately 8 feet wide × 3–5 feet deep
Double Booth
Approximately 16 feet wide × 3–5 feet deep
Optional Add-Ons
Electricity
Limited availability for booths located near electrical outlets.
Table Rental
Add a 6-foot table to your booth registration.
Social Media Promotion
Two additional Facebook/Instagram shout-outs featuring a product photo and your business name.
Raffle Donation
Each vendor is asked to donate an item—or items—with a total value of at least $30 to our raffle. Raffle donations are a great way to highlight your products and introduce shoppers to your business.

Booth assignments and detailed event information will be emailed to registered vendors in late October.
