Save the Date: General Membership Meeting with Empower Youth Network – February 21st
Join us for our General Membership Meeting on Wednesday, February 1st at 6:30pm in the CHS Learning Resource Center (LRC – the school library) with special guest Jerry Blackburn, Program Director for Empower Youth Network.
Empower Youth Network is a nonprofit based in Carnation that serves youth and their families in the Snoqualmie Valley. Empower Youth Network’s mission is to promote and inspire youth to lead safe, healthy, and successful lives, and they do this through programs such as Youth Mentor Success, Pathways to Employment, Weekend Power Packs, Suicide Prevention, Substance Use Prevention, Community Resilience, Youth Leadership, and so much more. Jerry will share more about the range of programs offered in the Riverview School District and seek input on what supports and parent education would be helpful in the community. This meeting is also an opportunity to connect with the 2022-2023 CHS PTSA Board, learn about volunteer opportunities, and get caught up on CHS PTSA programs and events.
